Didn't you start at 165? If so, that's 7 lbs in 5 weeks. That's awesome !!!

The goal is 1lb per week & I'm behind sched at 177, but I heading in the right direction & building momentum :-)

150.8

Will probably drop out now. I feel very strong at this weight and am pretty lean considering it's January. Ended up cutting a bit over 3 lbs. I think.

Can anybody join the game? I may be overqualified.

1/1/2006 weight - 284!!!

Height - 6'1"

Weight today - 276. Don't be impressed with the 8lb loss, It's easy to lose at the start. I'll be lucky to drop a pound this week.

Long term goal - 200ish by 2007!

OMG - 8lbs !!!! A little beyond our 1lb per week goal :-) I'd have to loose a limb to drop that much weight.

I was at the C3 seminar series this past Sunday. The nutritionist speaker warned against more than 2lb per week weight loss.

Fear not. I'm not on a crazy diet. The 284 weight was in the afternoon, all the rest of my weigh-ins will be in the AM. don't expect to see much more than 1lb per week avg from me as time progresses.

Weighed in this morning at 202...but was in and around 200 all weekend...think I've got a bunch of excess water fluid in my system from my run and masters practice yesterday as well as my spin this morning. Should be back to pre-christmas weight very soon.

Starting weight: 204. Current weight: 204. Got two workouts in last week and can play hockey again, so I might actually make some progress this week (cracked rib 12/16/05).

184.5 this morning. I've been a good boy the last week. 2 hr bike on sat and 13 miles run on sunday. (8 min pace not bad for January in Minnesota) 4 weeks to the frozen 1/2 marathon.

I'm going diet pop free for a few weeks to see for myself if it helps me lose a little around my middle.

I'm a bit late on my weigh-in, but it was 181.2 the other day @ the gym. So I'm down from 185 to 181.2. That leaves me with 16.2 pounds left to go by April 15th.

Today I restarted my focused training for Ironman Couer d'Alene after a 12 day massive training block and then a week of unstructured training.

I hope this weight comes off like gangbusters and I can keep it off between Ironman Couer d'Alene and Florida.

Is it too late to join in? I started at 170 in early December and I'm now at 168. What do I need to do to get in on the action? :)
