SOOO... with gas prices the way they are, I am going to start bike commuting a bit.
For instance, tomorrow I would normally do a 3ish hour ride all in one stretch, but now I will get a 1 hour ride in on my tri bike followed by a 1 hour commute about 90 minutes later a 1 hour commute home.
What is the best way to optimize this from a training perspective?
