I think you can. I have the same chain and a wipperman (not sure if it is the one you reference) and I have used it problem free for years.

Yes you can, that is what I use on my 7900 as well I found the Dura Ace link a little akward to remove and install Wipperman is much easier.

just make sure you dont install it upside down or it will skip.
