Any Slowtwitchers coming out for the Brockville Tri/Du - Sunday, August 21st.

I'll be there..
riding a red cervelo soloist, blue giant race wheels, and having a wicked awsome tan from where my cast just came off..
if anyone is driving through kingston I need a ride there, i'll help out with gas money.

yep! - i died on that run though, first experiance with a LC race - oh my, my respect of LC racers went up 10 fold after i finished that race.

- good idea as to the Trirudy, i'll do that.

we should find somewhere to meet before the race and get a ST picture

Eastern Ont. Slowtwitchers pic would be great.

After the race (at food/awards time) works best for me. As I am sure some of you guys/gals will be up for some hardware!
