For those who asked to be kept informed regarding the progress of the book about the original IM by the original IM. Just got an email from Tom Knoll part of which said: "We have eleven people working on their chapters which is great."

11 out of 15 ain't bad at this juncture. Maybe this will happen in our lifetime.
