'05 Blade Vs. TiPhoon

Am interested in any opinions and observations you might be harboring. Ride a 53.5 top tube on my roadie and am considering a 51cm +/- top tubed TiPhoon or Blade, don't want 650c so the 51cm Blade might be custom.

Also, what exercies are good for getting hips to roll forward more easily?

swim butterfly, or sex.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain.
