"snake wobble" correction
saw the phrase "snake wobble" is a swim thread somewhere in the last couple of days, and it seems like an accurate description of what i've got going on....particularly when left side breathing, my hips and legs are left of parallel, and it's like i'm pointing at 1 oclock on a clock face intead of at 12. today i was trying to make my left arm stroke follow the line on pool, and couldn't. Does it sound like i'm crossing over with my right arm and all this is compensating or what ??
i know, video whould be nice; got too much stuff going on to be able to do that right now......

what means this word 'change'? .....

I think (and I'm no fishie) that that is caused by crossing over -- so stop it.

visualize yourself swimming on top of a barrell

swim right on top of the black line and keep your hands outside of the line on each side

Seeing your form is huge. Borrow a waterproof camera and have someone hold it. Front, side, under.

Even if you don't buy into Total Immersion, they video tape everything. Sign up for a workshop. (They will fix the wobble.)

Or find a shop with an endless pool. A lot of those have mirrors on the bottom.

Watched 30 seconds of my awful stroke and learn a lot.
