how does horwell's numbers apply to cycling?

I should be 176 lbs (6' 0") on his scale, but I am really 166 lbs, which puts me over 6% lighter, to 'hurdler' ... but what does that mean?

BTW I only race time trials and maybe some short road races, always racing above LT and at high power. I was 158 lbs 2 years ago when I raced MTB, but I have had a hard time getting off those 8 pounds.

Garrett McFayden's a pretty big dude, but the biggest Elite I can recall was Mathias Klumpp of Germany who has since retired. His last big effort was at IMC 2002 3rd. He was probably in the neighborhood of 6'2"-6'4" and likely 190+. Zack, Sandvang, and some others mentioned are not that big really, and very lean.

Some of the women are the ones that can suprise you. Not usually top ten types, but 10-30 ish, there are some pretty solid ladies in that group.
