Anyone have a copy, and willing to loan it to me for a couple of days? I'm pondering trying 'cross this fall, and would love to get a better idea of what's going on.

I would think that you would want to NOT find out what it is like, just so you can savor the new experience fully. I'll bet you'll have a ball.

I second bottomfeeder here....
Here's a fair example... take all the pain that you get in a day of Ironman racing and compact it into 45 minutes... throw in a lil mud, cold, wet and jumps and you've got a cyclocross race.
Oh.. and it's a total blast!
