I was wondering if anyone noticed a change in their resting heart rate with perimenopause (I am 55 and having some light to moderate night sweats). Thanks, Sharon

I'm 50 and as long as I keep exercising regularly, my resting heart rate has stayed in the low 50's. At least for now, I have not noticed a change.

I'm 47 and just starting to get occasional night sweats. No other signs of M. I am still staying at resting HR of 48, as it has been for a long time.
Why do you ask Sharon - what have you noticed?

I get the flashes, pretty bad some times. My RHR is still low 40s. In fact it's lower now than it was a few years ago (I attribute that more to a lot of running and getting of BCPs).
