Since you offered, I am here to introduce myself.

I posted on the "on-line dating" thread and had to duck until D!, Trackie clm and JenHS showed that it is indeed a welcoming forum.

I am 47 year old male currently working in Bermuda. I love to travel particularly by touring bike and am planning to take a few years and fill that passion within the next few years. I'm fairly new to Bermuda and have some work committments which will keep me here for a while. I am Canadian but left Vancouver in 1999 and have not moved back since. My family is in the southern Ontario area but I am single and enjoying this beautiful island.

I have done a few IM's but don't compete anymore, just bike/run for exercise. I recently took up the violin to get my focus away from sports and am learning to sail. Other than that, for now work keeps me busy.

I'll keep my eyes on the Women's forum and offer a male perspective when asked and maybe even if not asked :)

By the way, Merry Christmas.

It's not all great in Bermuda though, yesterday I got a bit of a sunburn from being out on the water in my kayak. We all have our crosses to bear..:)
