did 7.25 hrs of dissertation work, pleased w/ that given the travel + conference so totals last week were 2 swims (3050 yds), 49 minutes total cycling, 6 runs (53.3 mi)
this week:
15 hrs dissertation work (this is my only to-do now because I'm on summer "vacation" - took physics final this AM)
3 swims (1 done)
3 rides
do a good job of alternating workout runs with recovery runs
day off from running
maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
