Hey, while riding tonight my force rear derailleur basically broke in half and got caught in the spokes. I am looking for a good replacement for a good price. Would prefer force, or red on a good deal, but would consider lower if the price is right.

also I am thinking about trying to convert a cheap trek hybrid into a useable road bike for the wife and need a few parts. If someone has a CHEAP threadless 1" fork, that would be awesome, and some cheap 38cm or 40cm bars, and most importantly some cheap shifters.

Sora would be fine, preferably 9 speed, but cheap trumps all. Let me know what everyone has.

I've got a 1" threadless fork. Disc only, though. Happy to make you a disturbingly good deal if you're interested. Can include a BB7 caliper...

thanks, would prefer threadless, unless it was a nice carbon threaded. just a standard caliper brake as well.

I am taking off a Shimano 2300 and sora group set off a road bike my wife got a few months ago that I can sell pretty cheap. Its 8 speed and has only a few hundred miles on it from the trainer. PM me if your interested.

Have some Tiagra 9 spd shifters and a shimano 9 spd cassette and chain. Also have an ultegra front and 105 rear derailleurs. also have a shimano Tiagra 4550 compact crankset and brakes, if you are looking for anything else in the "cheap" price range.

Shifters have scratches on them so they are not pretty and therefore they are cheap. Chain was installed by LBS about a week before it was removed, so it is in great shape. $40 (32 + 8) plus shipping for the shifters and chain?
