Well, I have been noodling around selling these for a while since they have just been sitting around recently (I have too many wheels!). I will put on e-bay soon, but wanted to give first dibs here. I am the original owner, bought new. They are 2004 non-dimpled and as perfect as this vintage can be. Perfectly true, spin perfect, fast and used only for racing by me (157 lbs). No carbon nicks, dings, etc. that others say "doesn't matter" or affect the wheel integrity. Some minor decal wear as expected that not even I (pretty anal about bike stuff) feel needs replaced yet.
Pertinent details:
2004 Zipp 404 tubular 700c
Shimano freehub
*NEW* Veloflex Carbon 22mm tubulars (best tire IMHO after exhaustive research/testing) with less than 120 miles
- these were glued by me in April of this year with Vittoria Mastik1
Shimano Ultegra 11-23 cassette
New, never used Corima Red Cork pads
Zipp valve extenders (which I hate and would remove/reglue the tires)
NO skewers
$800 shipped in the CONUS in Zipp box
Since I know the rules (photos or ...) More photos avail upon request. I tried to capture the tire tread since it is so new, but it doesn't photograph well with my macro photo skills ;( Also, I left the photos LARGE for as much detail as possible.
