Used, but in fine, workable condition. Will also come with brand new Q-Tower pads. My car fits a different size so I no longer need these. A more common car these fit is the Pontiac Grand Prix, but they fit several additional cars. Retail price for one set of Q-clips is $35, so you'd be getting 2 sets for $20.....a remarkable deal!
