I have two sets of X pedals that are not being used too much anymore - I'd love to trade one (or both) for some similar Speedplay Zeros. Mine are the X/2's, Stainless Steel spindles & ~2years riding on each. Both pairs have a bit of rub on the spindle from the cleat spring (typical Speedplay). Sorry, I don't have cleats but may be able to scrounge some up (or will buy you a new pair if your pedals come with new cleats).
