WTB: NEED A 54 CM BIKE!!!

A friend of mine is looking for a nice 54cm road bike. His budget is $800 give or take. Looking for any good deals out there. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Currently have a 2005 Cannondale R700 Double (Blue), purchased new, 1 season of riding about 1000 miles, excellent condition, factory specs plus Profile Design Jammer GT Aerobars and Cateye Mity 8. Considering an upgrade. PM if interested

I have a 2004 54CM Felt F-85 that I'm looking to sell. Everytihing but the frame and bars has been upgraded! It has no front wheel, pedals or saddle but everything else is in great shape.
