Don't care if it's a mid 90's Specialized as long as it's been taken care of. MUST be an aluminum brake track...NO CARBON. Other than that it can be tubie(preferred) or clincher. Cosmetic dings in the carbon don't bother me at all, but the hubs must be smooth, no wobbles and solid braking surfaces. Thank you.
