Fit is meant to be compression, not loose at all. Sizing if anything runs small. I usually do M in normal running shirts and have L in this so I can breath. These are new with tags- we're having a holiday sale so I figured I'd make it known to the ST crew because they're really good base layers for running and cycling. Also good for skiing and snowshoe I've heard.
