I have the Spinervals Ultra Conditioning 5.0 Ultra Total Body DVD for sale. It's a 90-minute workout routine, and it claims to "combine a Techniquie, Tempo, and Power Focus on the bike with a Total Body Strength and Conditioning Routine OFF the Bike." Sounds legit.
I won this at a tri, and don't really need it, so it's still brand new and in the shrink wrap. It's difficulty rating is 9.8/10. I do not know what this means, but perhaps some of you spinervals people do.
Umm, let's start at 25 OBO and shipping's gonna be around 5 bucks, so I'll say 30 shipped.
