Shimano freehub, tubular, 700C. Comes with Veloflex Criterium tire, less than 200 miles. Wheel is vertically true but has 1mm side to side runout. This doesn't affect the function of the wheel. Braking is smooth, no pulsing. The trueness issue existed when I bought the wheel. Decals removed, No Skewer.
