Hi Toby, Wish for your sake it were too, but it is simply supply and demand. We cannot make the Riviera fast enough even at full price. But i do have a solution for you to go along with this Forza Tri Bib. The De Soto Seat Pad

When, during a triathlon, do you need extra padding on the seat of your shorts?
When you are on the bike, of course...and then only when you are seated, right?
Our Lycra® covered GreenGoma™ Wetsuit Rubber Seat Pad is the perfect solution! It is 5mm (~3/16 inch) of padding right where you need it. It weighs only 59g (2.1oz).
The end result is high comfort with low weight without adding bulkiness to your shorts.
This is the narrow model which is designed for completely narrow profile saddles.

Very happy about this deal. I jumped all over a pair to hide the winter gut as well. I have always been a bib guy for cycling, so I'm glad someone is offering this product!

These bib shorts are not good shorts. These are F***ing AMAZING bibs! I own 2, and if I could somehow manage to finagle a way to buy an extra pair of these I would (sadly my other bibs are in too good condition). The padding on this is like butter, and I've never had any problems with them. Furthermore Emillio is on the forum to help out with any issues/questions. I know this is a shameless plug for them, but when it comes to having the best for your butt.... I'll plug shamelessly! (sorry for the pun, it's just in my nature).

Thx, Emilio, and thanks for the reasonable (USPS priority) shipping to Hawaii. Ordered and I may race my first 70.3 in it.

For some reason, I'm thinking the last time I started to order something, the only options were FedEx or UPS. Of course it costs more to ship here, but FedEx and UPS are always crazy expensive.

Cheers!

Emilio, what would you recommend? I am 6'1" with a 30-31 in waist, weight varies. I'm currently 170-175 but usually get down to 157-164 when in peak training and racing.
Thanks!

Yep, we have had these options for 3 years now. And we have been doing free shipping to hawaii and all of the USA, on orders over $125.00 for two years.

Go with Medium. All our garments work better if they are a little snug rather than a little loose.

Thanks for posting this deal, Dan. Every time I pull on old tri shorts for brick workouts, I get wistful for my bike bibs. These should be a great add to the training wardrobe.

Emilio,

would I order these in a M or L ? 6'3" and change, race at 172-175.. I wear a L in 400 mile bibs but they do seem on the looser side for bibs and my forza M low rise tri shorts seem tight out of season.. and my L forza tri shorts seem a little loose..

Thanks

Chafing is more likely to happen with triathlon garments are warn loose, so always better for our garments to fit a little too snug rather than a little too loose. Get the medium, and remember that the tightest they will feel is the first time you try them on. They will relax a bit after a few wearings and a few washings, so start with them in short workouts and go up from there.
