Trek Madone 5.2, EXCELLENT Condition, XL Frame

Upgrades from the stock version are as follows:
Bontrager race x lite stem, 90 mm
Bontrager race x lite carbon handlebars, 42 cm
Bontrager race xxx lite carbon bottle cages, 2 included
Shimano Ultegra 6700 shifters, carbon (cleaner cables on the front than the older Ultegra stuff)
The bike has pretty low miles and was only ridden a dozen or so times last year, and the wheels have fewer miles as I used to ride the bike with carbon clinchers.
Pedals are not included, everything else is.
I am looking to sell for no less $1,400 plus shipping, or will consider trades for a quarq power meter, compact crank, 170 to 172.5.
