- heart rate or % max heart rate
-5 training heart rate zone display and analysis and alarms if wanted
-running distance in miles and pace in mph or minute/mile
-pace alarms (can "yell" at you if you go over or under your desired/programme pace)
-remembers and stores up to 20 different workout routines so you don't have to reprogram each day for given workout)
-autolap - can take an automatic lap time/split for you. Example: every mile.
-calories burned and calories expended per mile or hour
-heart touch - wave watch over center of chest strap and it can do one of these (you chose): lap/split, change display screen, turn on backlight, nothing.
-watch, time of day, wake up alarm, date
-stopwatch w/ 99 lap potential
-synch's with gym equipment to show heart rate on equipments display (makes running a treadmill easy).
