I just was searching for the same stem (high/far).. and I just found one too;
But I know this other guy has one on FB - I would have bought from him - very responsive - but he was out of town till 9/21 if you can wait..

Trek still sells these. Find the build manual online and get the part number out of there. I just went through this earlier this year.
