Free Online Swim E-Book

All

Endurnace Nation is making their swim e-book available for free for a limited time. The book was written by Rich Strauss (formerly of Crucible Fitness, an NCAA All American swimmer). It's pretty good and includes embedded videos of all of the drills. Very good resource and it is FREE. You will find it here: http://www.endurancenation.us/...n-swim-clinic-ebook/

P.S. No, I do not work for Endurance Nation. I work for Admiral Roughead.

Holy crap, according to that pdf I'm a good swimmer!

HA!

I thought a 1000 of ~15 minutes was rather pedestrian...

i'm quite baffled by some of his drills. It is pretty obvius that he does not use a high elbow catch swimming style, which is fine because it obviously works for him, but when he describes a high elbow drill and blatantly does a straight arm catch it can be very misleading for beginners!

He needs someone who can actually swim the way he wants people to swim. What good are those videos doing?
