Prices do not include shipping. Shipping via UPS *ONLY.* Will ship outside of US, but YOU are responsible for 100% of all customs/duties. And no I won't say it's a "gift."

I'm tempted to make a reasonable offer, but I know Rapp won't ship to Canada without the price ballooning due to customs, shipping costs, etc.
