2003 Yaqui Carbo size 55. This bike is handmade by Ves Mandrake in San Diego. The frame is scandium with a carbon seat stay and a Reynolds Uzo Pro front fork. The entire drive train is Dura Ace 9 speed, and the brakes are Ultegra. The cockpit includes Syntace base bars with Syntace c2 aerobars, Dura Ace 9 speed bar end shifters, and Syntace brake levers. The seat post is carbon fiber (and I believe made by Kestrel) and the seat is made by Selle Italia and is triathlon specific.
This bike has been my steed for the last couple seasons, and it is incredibly fast. I have it set up in a aggressive position for olympic distance racing, but it can easily be converted to a more comfortable, albeit less aerodynamic, position by flipping the stem upside down. The paint has a few scratches, but the bike is very sound and still works great. This bike was only ridden as a racing bike and rarely used for training, therefore It still has a lot of good years left in it.
