Wheelbuilder Disc Cover - fits a Felt TTR2 40mm rim, with a powertap hub. Specifically, mine was used with a 2009 Felt B2R-TTR, which was 40mm and 24H. Excellent condition, just don't have the wheelset that this fit any longer. $60 shipped. Also have the mounting fasteners and some valve stickers to include. Can possibly work with other 40mm/24H rims with a PT, but that' up to you to decide.
