I'll be watching, but to be honest, I've gotten some steals from people that list cycling items only in the triathlon section of eBay. You'll get more eyeballs and probably higher price if you also list this in Cycling. You can use the Universal Parts - Seats - Selle San Marco subcategories or Road Bikes - Parts and Accessories - Saddles and Seatposts. But either way, you'll increase your chances of a good price. The cost of your listing will just about double, but it may be worth it.

Shumanmo,

Thanks for the constructive input. I really appreciate it! Your advice is solid so I added Universal Part - Seats - Selle San Marco as a 2nd category. I'm a little green with the eBay thing...only 2 sales (HED disc and Shimano TR1 shoes). Thankfully, both sales went really well. I also sold a trispoke and bought a pair of 404's on ST. Same kind of result here. It's nice to know that transactions (other than porn and gambling) can be conducted on the internet :). Thanks again and I'll keep my fingers crossed for a positive conclusion.

P.S. $9.99 and holding as of this evening!

and if you opened up the auction to honest Canadian bidders (with perfect feedback of course) you could likely improve the bidding price even more. Just saying is all;-)

First I have to offer a quick note of thanks to Shumanmo. I followed your suggestion and 24-hours later the saddle has 6 bids. Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for the input.

Kentiger,

No disrespect to our northern brethren. I actually went on eBay today and was going to add Canada to the bid list. However, bids have now been placed and I didn't think it was a good idea (or even possible) to modify the auction conditions. I might be wrong on this assumption. Anyway, my mom was born in Canada. They lived in Regina for the first 3 years of her life. Have you ever been to Regina? If so, you'd understand why they moved...:~). I'm also doing IMC this year and can't wait to return to the Banff area for a week of vacation after the race.
