This a used Reynolds Stratus DV, used but in good shape. Comes with a TUFO S3 Lite tubular glued on. White Industries hub. The wheel is true and the hub spins very well. $300 includes shipping to US. Or will accept offers.

To my knowledge these are only made in one depth. I just measured it and get 48mm, so if they are listed as 46 I assume this is the size. Not sure of the mileage - sorry.
