New, never used. I pumped them up to 180 psi, and they hold it. These are the top of the line tires that have THE LOWEST rolling resistance than anything else tested at the time (not sure about some of the new tires). Lower than Dugast according to the testing. Anyway, I have 2 of them. Buy them for $100 shipped to you (via usps priority).
