This 650c, 38 mm, mid V tubular wheelset is in new condition. They have TUFO tubular tires. The wheels have only 224 miles on them. They were used in 2 Ironmans by my wife who is only 100 lbs. The have the Sapim CX-ray aero spoke upgrade. The front is a 16 spoke and the rear is a 20 spoke. The rear is a shimano free hub. These wheels are super light. I have not weighed them, but they are right at 1000 grams for the pair and super aero. We are only parting with them as my wife has gone to a 700c bike.
