yes, 650, sorry. Added that (not insignificant) detail to the listing.

I also have a base bar, brakes, and partial 9 speed group I can include with the frame if interested.

No problem it is pretty obvious with QR sizing . I knew but wanted to double check. I really need a small bike I can build up cheaply with 700 wheels. Trying to build a road/tri bike up for my 9 year ols so he can ride with me.
