Additionally, I am in need of a good sturdy frame in the 55-57cm range. Road frame. Would incorporate into a trade or buy outright. Used/new whatever, something solid and fairly inexpensive though.

I have a 2004 56cm Trek 5200. High miles, scratches, stickers missing, etc. If you just want the frame/fork/HS I would sell it for $500.
I've got an abici V1 that I've been holding onto as a backup frame. I'm getting a new bike so won't need it anymore. 0 miles, no paint, alum main triangle and carbon stays. I believe it's a 56, I can take measurements if you are interested. It's a very light frame but it is frame only with seat collar and I can throw in an easton ec50 seatpost, no internal headset included but I can work a deal for one. Frame retailed for 1399, but I got it on the cheap so can sell it for cheap. PM if interested.

I have a giant TCR1 frame that is sitting around the apartment. It's an older model, aluminum, but it's solid, reasonably light, and it's a workhorse. It has various scuffs, probably a couple scratches, but nothing serious.
It's the large size (marked as 55.5, compact geometry). Will sell for $350/offer.
I also have a shimano 600 crankset in 172.5 (double) that's actually on that bike now. Good shape, but older - still works great. I don't need the DA cranks, but feel free to make an offer.
