Hopefully you know more about bottom brackets than I do, but would this work for a bottom bracket that normally takes GXP?

I dont know. I can ask the person who owns it. she is a master mechanic, so I am sure she would know.

Can you ask if there's an adapter to fit this to a BBright / BB30 bottom bracket?

Pretty sure there are adapters. Ive seen shimano cranks on BB30
