What size are the cranks? are these octalin bb compatible or eternal bearing bb.

...interested and will PM you...but just had to say this. Following your back surgery...Swim...I had my L4-L5 disc partially removed...had complications, and the one thing that made my sciatica go away was strengthening my back...swimming...actually was what got me back into the pool, Summer of 2001.

Hope all goes well. Keep initial swelling down and I'm sure you won't have same problems.

Just to follow up...all of the above is sold.

The back surgery was a success and I am "back" training and feeling great...9 weeks out and am swimming/biking and jogging on the track. No sciatica what so ever...I had some awesome people helping me thanks to slowtwitch. This site gets pretty silly sometimes but is also amazing at times too!
Going to take this year off from competing and work on my swim/bike.
