Anyone know of a nutritionist who serves the Vancouver area - preferably in person?
Friends and family have been concerned lately that I'm getting too "skinny". They're probably concerned also b/c I'm have a slight build in my upper body to begin with. I need to know for my personal sanity and theirs.
I haven't weighed myself lately, but I'm 5'8"+ and was ~140lb in recent memory. I eat 3 reasonable meals/day, lotsa fruits, veggies & fluids in between, meat products 4-5 times/week, lotsa whole grains, nuts legumes, soy. Dairy once a day.
Should I be concerned?
