Saw your post. I have a 59cm Cannondale Cycle Cross bike with headshock, which I used to ride in the winter on the road only. I set it up with Shimano DA9 drivetrain and cantilever breaks, Thomson Seatpost, Look CX7 pedals and Kysirium wheels/Conti Touring tires. I have not ridden the bike in 2.5 years. I would consider selling it but have not thought about the price much. Depending if you want the stock wheels or the Kysiriums it would be in the price range you mentioned. I am in Topanga in the Santa Monica Mountains.
