For you..nothing..I'd be paying a higher amount for shipping..and if the item costs (you have to put down on a form how much the contents cost) more than $20 I would have to pay taxes, 14% worth, and an additional $5 if going through the regular ground mail route. But if the item was LESS than $20..wink wink nudge nudge nowhatImean!:-)
Seriously...other than filling out what it is and what it's worth and adding a signature it would be no different that mailing it to a US buyer. I think the biggest issue with selling out of country is getting screwed for the payment..and there are ways around that as well.
