anybody notice that CSC changed forks from the cervelo wolfs to reynolds ouzo pros (both on their road and timetrial bikes)? anybody know why? if you were to get a soloist or P3, would you swap out the fork?

I think that the 1"1/8 version of the Cervelo Wolf fork is not available, so the 2004 soloists are delivered with reynolds or easton forks ...
CSC switched because Reynolds is a team sponsor, at least according to the ads in Velonews. For the average consumer, I don't think there is a compelling reason to switch the stock fork to the Reynolds or any other.
