This one is really confusing, actually, and never mind that nonsense about everything is art if someone says it is.
- On the one hand, it's political and controversial, and some people are all upset over it. So that would make it art.
- On the other hand, it's pro-life, so that's a count against it being art.
- It's reconizable as representative, so not art.
- But it's a sculpture of a naked woman, provocatively posed, so it should qualify.
- Of course, the naked woman is modeled on Britney Spears, so . . . I don't know what that means.
Actually, I like it, on its own. Having it "explained" diminishes it a good deal, if you ask me.
