Saturday - 65 mile ride, 4 mile run (81 points)

Sunday - 30 mile ride, 5.5 mile run (52 points)

Monday - day off (in the office at 6 - left at 8 and was pooped :))

Three day total - 133

Day 1 - 62 points

Day 2 - 50 points

Day 3 - 70 points

Total 182 points. Any points for core/strength exercises? How about points for working first watch all week (2200-0600hrs)?

5k run with two really nasty hills - 12 pts
30 K bike with a few bad rollers - 18 pts
3/14/04
30 K bike same as before - 18pts
5k run same as before - 12 pts

3/15/04

3-mile trail run - 12 pts

17.5-mile ride - 17 pts

Total: 99 pts

These are definitely not 'epic' numbers I know but after my upcoming race I may try a mini epic for myself.

I had a decent weekend, but I'll loose ground during the work week...

Saturday

Bike 118 - World's Toughest Half Recon (2 loops - nice course!), Run/walk/stagger 1.5 mi - 124 points

Sunday

Run 17 - 68 points, clean the house - 0 points - why do I bother? It will just get dirty again...

Monday

Swim 2200 m - 22 points

Tuesday

Run 7.5, 20 min core work, bike commute 6 miles - 36 points

Tuesday evening (tentative)

Bike home 6 miles, trainer for 30 min - 16 points

So 4 day total is 250, with a tentative 266 by the evening.

I'm a bit behind Francois I'd say...

I tried to get a headstart during the weekend, as the weekdays are more difficult in terms of long training units.
(but Tuesday - Thursday am and pm workouts should assist in keeping the total points not too low)

Here it goes:
03/13 55 miles biking (55points)
03/14 67 miles biking, 3miles running (79points)
03/15 1 mile swimming (18 points)

Total 3 days: 152 (not 153 oops)

Almost slept thru Camp:

Sat 3/13 (9 mi run) = 36
Sun 3/14 (52 mi bike (4.5 mi run) = 70
Mon 3/15 (rest) = 0

Total 106 (but fading fast).

Day 1: ride 60 + run 5.5 = 82
Day 2: ride 25 = 25
Day 3: ride 17 + swim 1500 = 42
Day 4: ride 14 + swim 2500 = 39

4 day total: 188

The fun starts tomorrow.

Long time listener, first time caller... And, at least I'm not _too_ embarrassed by the other posts (well, some anyways).

Sat: 40mi bike (40 pts)
Sun: 12mi run (48 pts)
Mon: Hurt like hell (should subtract points...)

Total through 3 is 88. Here's the fun part- Sat ride was 20 mi into a 30 mi headwind, averaging ~8mph. Sun was great... Yesterday=5 inches of snow!

terrible weekend and terrible monday, and now it is snowing like all hell - no pissing and moan'in allowed ;}

Sun. - 35 pts.

just added 6h10' on the bike and 124mi (200km) followed with a 6mi run very easy which gives and extra 148 points...now I hope to be able to swim 5200m this evening to do 200pts in one day.
in the meantime, time to eat something...lots of something..

Monday- Jury Duty and a relaxed 45 minute run- ~ 5 miles. 20 pts

Tuesday- morning swim 3100 yards pts? and I am runing hills tonight so will post later or Wednesday
