I have a room for rent in my house. Actually, two of them. One is an unfurnished room that will be available on July 31st. All utilities included rent is $475 OBO. The other room is furnished with fullsize bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand and it's available after I give my current tenant a 30 day notice. All utilities included rent is $550 OBO. Both of these rooms share a bathroom in the main hallway of my house. All utilities includes power, water, trash, gas, wireless and wired Internet, and DirecTV.

The house is located in Southwest Austin and is convenient to Mopac, 290/71, Home Depot, HEB (grocery store), and other amenities. The house is in a quite, mature neighborhood that is very safe.

I currently have two tenants, and they are decent roommates, but I know there are better roommates out there. I'm looking for someone that is obviously an athlete of some sorts. My current roommates are basically older frat boys and they don't understand my shaved-legged, up at 6am on Saturday lifestyle. I'm a 27yo straight white male and I work here in Austin at a semiconductor company. I like to keep my house very clean so I would like to have a very clean roommate as well.
