Are you lurking about out there? I had your email at my old job and thought I had saved it somewhere, but I cant seem to find it. Anyway, I have training questions. Actually I'd love to take a look at the schedule you used for Moo last year and the one you're using for this year. I'm at the point now where I need to start training with more structure and more seriousness. The little guy is getting on a more reasonable schedule (although the 2.5 hours of sleep I got Saturday night isnt an indication) and it seems that he is going to be my alarm clock at 5:00 a.m so I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and dig in. I've given myself the next 6 weeks to see if I can get organized and on schedule or I'm bagging the IM for this year and I'll just do some bike racing instead. Anyway give me some advice.
