Took over a decade off from competitive racing for personal reasons.
Picked up bad habits.
Going in the right direction now.
Used to post here frequently while racing.
Looking forward to resocializing healthfully.

After spending time in Africa I am still wondering what the five social categories are for healthy reentry into endurance athletics..
