I think people are tired of me talking about them
Well, this seems like the place to talk about them. Maybe we should call it the ‘accountability and support’ thread! Hadn’t heard of that condition before - sounds awkward - the rehab will make you stronger, but you know that already.
I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this, Tigerchik, but this is exactly the place to vent. I agree completely with Chowders about the support thread.
Progress:
Academic (what I gravitate towards): analysis (2X totalling 5 hrs, but first day not well spent), algebra (2X: 3hrs), physics (2X: 2hrs); all on track
Sports: walk 12k steps: 2X; bike: 1X; swim: 0X; just felt beat up (and foot felt worse) after the bike; may be upping too fast, so backing off swim and bike expectations. In addition feeling bloated and logy (by >30 lbs), so I have to work around that.
Music: violin: (2X, 1:10), cello (1X, 40min); violin on track, cello OK; stamina for playing is WAY down
Taking naps after dinner, but finishing (studying) about 4 am and waking up about 8 am, so I need to be more efficient; overall pleased so far. (This weekly thread is really helpful.)
