So as per below email sent out by Argon 18, they are putting a fork replacement program in place.

You might want to pay attention to this if you own such bike, note the ID via the serial number.
The notice advice NOT to ride these bikes, until the fork has been replaced. The issue is that the connection between the frame and fork can get blocked.
