Interesting speculation, but since Trump didn't really follow through with any of his 2016 campaign stuff, and has already said, no one really knows what he will do in office, then add in the unknown of how congress lands, I think there is way to much unknown, to try and project out what the future impact of either will be.

The analysis seems okay, it's just for a future that more likely than not will not happen.

The Biden tax cut's they project, are unlikely as they tax roll back goes away after 2025 and I think most people think it will just get rolled back, as congress will never be able to pass a new tax plan. But again, there is just way to much speculation.
