Hello - if you're looking for a tri bike I have a very clean 54cm Felt IA10 that I'd be interested in selling. 11sp Ultegra Di2, 50mm carbon clincher wheelset (open mold/Chinese rebranded with HED stickers).

If you happen to be open to a road bike instead of a tt bike, I've got a 54cm Cervelo RS (black, red, white like team CSC used to ride, especially for Pairs Roubaix). Fun, stiff, light bike.
I have a cervelo p2 frameset or complete bike available in size 54.
